First Choice Home Medical is a Home Respiratory and Medical Equipment Company located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Thad F. Connally III, CRT is president and a licensed respiratory therapist. Thad has over twenty years experience in respiratory and home medical equipment. Deirdre “Dee” Rainville, CRT is our other licensed respiratory therapist. First Choice will have a respiratory therapist perform all set-ups and follow-up of sleep apnea equipment. First Choice proudly uses Respironics CPAP’s and BIPAP’s with Smartcard and supplies for its patients. A respiratory therapist will perform a patient follow-up every 1,5,30 days and 6 months. In addition, First Choice will continue to monitor the patient every six monts and document their progress. Smartcard downloads may be mailed or sent via e-mail to the physician or sleep facility. First Choice Home Medical is proud to be a member of the Kentucky Sleep Society. Make First Choice you only choice for sleep apnea equipment and supplies. Service Area is the Barren River Area District (Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson, and Warren counties).

Sleep Source is a Independent Diagnostic Facility we have 2 locations one in Paducah Kentucky the other in Fulton Kentucky. We have 4 beds in Paducah and 2 beds in Fulton. The medical Director for Sleep Source is Dr. William E. Hogancamp Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. The Clinical Director for Sleep Source is Mark Sexton RRT,RPSGT with over 20 years experience in Respiratory and 8 years in PAP therapy. Sleep Source also provides the Durable Medical Equipment used to treat OSA and provides a compliance program for all patients that choose Sleep Source to provide their equipment. We have Respiratory therapist and RN’s setting up the equipment and working with patients on compliance.
