Our team of Board-certified physicians and skilled staff combines academic-based expertise with cutting-edge technology to provide the most advanced comprehensive sleep medicine care in the area.
Our facility provides comfortable, quiet and relaxing private sleeping suites featuring sophisticated equipment for monitoring sleep stages, breathing patterns, heart activity, blood oxygen levels and body movements.
The Sleep Diagnostic Center is designed to help people discover the cause of their sleeplessness and determine the most effective treatment options available to them.
The first visit to the center is a consultation appointment. Our staff will gather sleep and medical history information. Bed-partners are encouraged to share any symptoms or behaviors they have noticed, which can be very helpful to physicians when diagnosing a disorder.
If a sleep study is required, you will be scheduled during your normal sleeping period to undergo testing in the center. You may also be asked to stay for additional testing and evaluation.
Each suite has a comfortable, full-size double-long bed, flat-screen TV with satellite, DVD, CD, radio, iPod dock, wireless Internet and private restroom – all the conveniences of being at home.

Sleep Source is a Independent Diagnostic Facility we have 2 locations one in Paducah Kentucky the other in Fulton Kentucky. We have 4 beds in Paducah and 2 beds in Fulton. The medical Director for Sleep Source is Dr. William E. Hogancamp Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. The Clinical Director for Sleep Source is Mark Sexton RRT,RPSGT with over 20 years experience in Respiratory and 8 years in PAP therapy. Sleep Source also provides the Durable Medical Equipment used to treat OSA and provides a compliance program for all patients that choose Sleep Source to provide their equipment. We have Respiratory therapist and RN’s setting up the equipment and working with patients on compliance.

Accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Sleep Medicine Specialists (SMS) is an independent sleep disorders center located in the Louisville Metro area. Our corporate facility, located on Eastern Parkway, maintains 12 newly remodeled sleep suites which operate 7 days/nights per week. In addition, SMS maintains a south Louisville location at Greenwood Rd.. This location offers 8 comfortable sleep suites, which opened in the fall of 2005.
SMS is also excited to introduce our new Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM) Clinic. The BSM Clinic focuses on identifying the cognitive and behavioral factors that contribute to sleep disorders and specializes in developing and providing non-drug therapies for sleep disorders including insomnia and circadian rhythm disorders.
Our sister company, Kentucky Research Group (KRG), is an independent, university affiliated research center. KRG has become one of the most active sleep research centers in Kentucky, and is often a leading site in conducting clinical trials.
